Small Ensembles

Although not “official,” these chamber groups are still very much part of the Tinley Park Community Band family. Made up of current band and jazz band members, each of these groups meet and rehearse as needed. These groups are driven by member's interests and give amateur musicians an excellent opportunity to explore the chamber music repetoire.


The Grace Notes

The Grace Notes are a flute quartet made up of current band members. Their repetoire includes everything from baroque to popular songs and they have given performances at numerous venues from churches to senior centers.


The Sound of Brass

The Sound of Brass is a brass ensemble made up of current band members. Their repetoire includes everything from baroque to popular songs. The brass group has played everywhere from weddings to private parties and church services.

The brass group consists of trumpet, French horn, trombone, euphonium and tuba.


Clarinet Choir

The Clarinet Choir performs annually at our Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser with music ranging from classics to popular music.


Sax in the Suburbs

Our saxophone ensemble performs annually at our Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser with music ranging from classics to popular music.
