WHO (OR WHAT) IS THE “BAND MEMBER OF THE MONTH?”

The Band Member of the Month (BMOTM) highlights the personnel of the Tinley Park “Arts Alive!” Community Band. To become a BMOTM, you must meet the strict standards that are used by the judging committee.

All BMOTM candidates should fill out this extremely personal survey:

1. What is your name?
2. Which town do you live?
3. How do you make your living?
4. How long have you been a member of the Tinley Park “Arts Alive!” Band?
5. What instrument(s) do you play?
6. How long have you been playing it/them?
7. Are you involved in any other musical groups, either inside or outside the “Arts Alive!” system? If so, which ones?
8. What do you like most about this group?
9. Describe your best/favorite band moment.
10. What are your hobbies?
11. What is your favorite Jell-O flavor?
12. Is there anything else you want your band friends to know about you?

After that, the BMOTM Editor will contact you for pictures. We HIGHLY suggest you mit your own pictures (either prints, slides or digital in .JPG, .GIF or .BMP formats) as the ones we may find may not portray the wholesome image to the entire world that you are trying to present. Please do not send any nude photos to webmaster
